Now, a little bit about me. I am a 30-year-old Florida State University graduate who spent the first 1.5 years of my professional career in the sports media. I’ve edited and produced for PGATOUR.COM and operated web content and social media for Sports Radio 790 The Zone in Atlanta.
Then, I changed career paths. At the end of March 2011, I switched over to the weather world and took a position with weather.com, and I’ve been writing there ever since. Can I see myself getting back into sports again someday? I’d never rule it out.
The goal of this website is to track the latest happenings around the city I’ve called home my entire life. I want you to feel like you know more about Atlanta than you did before you visited.
I hope you stick around to read a few of my articles; be sure to check back every day for the latest Atlanta news.
