If you’re not from Atlanta, you might not be aware of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s penchant for talking up the University of Georgia’s chances to play for a national championship, only to see them fall flat on their faces a week later nearly every time.

This week, it was Georgia Tech’s turn to be the subject of the AJC’s sports writers and their high hopes for the football squad.

The Seminoles defeated the Yellow Jackets 37-35, proving yet again that you really don’t want to be on the good side of the Atlanta newspaper.
