‘The Walking Dead’ preparing to film in Atlanta again, it seems

It appears the script of “The Walking Dead” will have the cast leaving Terminus and going back to Atlanta this season.

That may seem confusing to Atlantans, since (INSIDER INFO ALERT) “Terminus” was the name for the city before it was called “Atlanta,” but a memo shared Saturday on Reddit appears to be warning Edgewood Avenue residents that taping for the show will occur in the coming days.

Specifically, it will be the area near the Hurt Building that will see lane closures and other travel headaches when filming begins, according to the letter distributed to nearby businesses and residences.

Filming will occur Thursday, July 3 and Monday, July 8, according to the memo, which specifically mentions the taping will be done by Stalwart Films – the group that shoots “The Walking Dead.” It also mentions that the show they’ll be shooting is an AMC science fiction/drama series, which all but guarantees it’s “The Walking Dead.”

The full memo is below. Let the conspiracy theories about Season 5 begin.
