You can finally stop praying for a 2 Chainz cookbook, friends.

The Atlanta-based rapper dropped a 28-page cookbook included with his second album, B.O.A.T.S. 2 #MeTme (I’ll admit I have no idea what “B.O.A.T.S.” stands for, but I can probably take a guess), which went on sale Tuesday. In the cookbook’s intro, 2 Chainz explains his love for cooking on the tour bus, why his freestyle cooking is similar to his freestyle rapping, and signs it at the end with a #TRU.

Oh, Mr. Chainz, you da mealest.

Below are some excerpts of his recipes from the cookbook, according to a Grub Street article. It’s pretty much the greatest thing ever, but please hold your applause until the end.
